Box Management
In this management type KEEPERS BRASIL manages for its customers the full content of the box. Whenever necessary, the box will be delivered with security seals for search of its contents. The entire control of incoming and outgoing boxes is performed through the system with total security and confidentiality, using bar codes.
Individual Document Management
In this management type KEEPERS BRASIL manages for its customers each document with full control through bar codes. In this case, if the physical recovery of the document is necessary the delivery will be made in a sealed pouch, thus avoiding that the box containing such documents will have to leave the premises of KEEPERS BRASIL. Customers only receive information they need – it is not necessary to look for it in the box. If the original document is not necessary Keepers also offers scanning services, fax transmission, regular copy and certified copy.
